A reflection on the future of mobility, in the framework of the European Mobility Week.
Norway has a long-standing tradition of pushing human mobility to its limits through its historic polar explorers, using state-of-the-art technology. On September 17 stakeholders from the fields of technology, industry, research, design and politics, from the Buskerud and Greater Oslo region in Norway, as well as Belgium and Europe take a closer look at the notion of mobility. Can we maintain our current level of mobility and at the same time support climate actions and build new sustainable cities? How can autonomous technology play a role in creating sustainable industries, stimulating economic growth and improving citizens’ quality of life?
